If you've ever come into our store, you definitely know about our Moka Jo mix! This rich chocolate powder can be used for a hot chocolate with hot milk, added to coffee to create our drink called the Moka Jo, or combined for a Moka Cappuccino with strong espresso and milk. The only thing this cocoa can't do is stir itself!

Moka Jo Moka Josie

Looking for a sweeter cup? Try Moka Josie! It's the white chocolate compliment to the Moka Jo. And if you really want a treat, try them blended TOGETHER! We call the mixture an Ebony & Ivory.

Recipes:

Moka Jo
To make a Moka Jo, use 2 scoops per mug, pour in hot coffee, stir and top with whipped cream. Use up to 4 scoops for a richer cup!

Hot Chocolate
Use 4 scoops per mug, pour in hot milk, stir and top with whipped cream.

Moka Cappuccino
Use 2 scoops with an ounce of espresso, pour in hot milk, stir and top with whipped cream.

Ebony & Ivory
Use 2 scoops of Moka Jo & 2 scoops of Moka Josie, pour in hot milk, stir and top with whipped cream
